Also when it says that the element/flight/whatever thing you pick has no benefit they're lying :c The one with the most points from killing your dragons or something ('exalting' them) gets awesome bonuses for a week.
So yeah the coolest elements with the most people are always going to have those bonuses. Lonin picked wind, 3rd from the bottom man 8D
